Residential developments on the River Nene, beside Town Bridge on the site of former Fletton Quays. The Hilton Garden Inn is to the right beside the bridge, and I believe still unfinished after a long time lapse. The Hereward Way and Nene Way long distance footpaths are on the near side of the river.
