Hendon Central Underground station, Greater London
Opened in 1923 by the Charing Cross Euston & Hampstead Railway, part of the Underground Electric Railways of London, on what is now the Northern line from central London to Edgware. View north west towards Colindale and Edgware. Like 55% of the London Underground network, this part is actually overground.

Hendon Central Circus
A view from the central reservation pedestrian area looking towards Hendon Central Station and Watford Way. Because of the angle at which Queens Road joins Watford Way, this is the longest 'side' to the Circus. Southbound Traffic is light at this time of night, but northbound there is a long tailback.
