Houses on Rodborough Road from Hodford Road
These houses are typical of the largest semi detached type in Golders Green, the style going from around Lyndale Avenue to the south on the border with Childs Hill, and Hendon Way to the west. Similar ones stretch to the North Circular Road either side of Golders Green Road, and smaller versions towards Finchley Road in Temple Fortune.

Hodford Road overlooking flats in Cricklewood
There is a clear social divide around the Hendon Way, from affluent Golders Green to the generally less affluent Cricklewood and Kilburn to the south. The Hocroft estate is the main exception by the junction with Finchley Road and Fortune Green Lane.

102 bus on Hodford Road, Golders Green
The 102 from Chingford Hatch to Golders Green Station extended to Brent Cross when it opened in 1976, and was then curtailed at the other end to Edmonton some years later.
