Turner Close, Hampstead Garden Suburb
If you have a few million to spare one of these could be yours as well. Hampstead Garden Suburb has some of the most expensive properties, not just in Britain but the entire world, and here are some of the highest.

Heathgate
Looking along Heathgate towards St.Jude-on-the-Hill - with apologies for the botched attempt at removing my shadow! The mild winter seems to have encouraged people to have building work done.

The Great Wall, Hampstead Garden Suburb
"The wall running west of the terrace from Heathgate to Hampstead Way is known as The Great Wall and was designed by Charles Wade for Parker and Unwin, inspired by medieval town wall. Along the Wall are a series of garden pavilions for the houses behind, each with a gazebo overlooking the heath, designed in the style of Lutyens." - extracted from this http://www.londongardensonline.org.uk/gardens-online-record.asp?ID=BAR030.

Gateway to the Heath
Looking from Heathgate. The flagstones lead to a set of steps onto the Heath Extension. The line of trees beyond the gateway mark the route of the footpath between Hampstead Way and Wildwood Road. In the far distance the trees on Sandy Heath can be seen as the ground rises to Spaniards Road.
