Best Western Parkway Hotel, Llantarnam
Viewed from a public road, Ty Coch Lane. The blue notice on the grass warns that this is private property. Access is not allowed across this land, nor is exercising of animals. Trespassers will be prosecuted. In addition to all this text, the notice has a representation of a CCTV camera.

Out-of-place blue amongst autumn colours, Ty Coch Lane, Llantarnam
At the NW perimeter of the Best Western Parkway Hotel, http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/957934 the white-on-blue of a notice looks out of place in the middle of autumn colours. The sign warns that this is private property. There is no access allowed across this land : trespassers will be prosecuted. (I remained on the public highway). No exercising of animals.

Located on a corner of Lakeside, a road through the southern side of Llantarnam Industrial Park.
The recently-built offices are an innovation centre, providing business space for new science and technology businesses. There are flexible modern office suites with access to a range of specialist business support services.

An unexpected sight among modern industrial buildings in Llantarnam Industrial Park is this 17th century building. Now part of the HWM (Halma Water Management) site, the building was originally Ty Coch farmhouse. A date stone http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/2544783 shows 1613. The building was restored in 1980 to be part of the office site.
Grade II listing was awarded in December 1980.
