An unexpected sight among modern industrial buildings in Llantarnam Industrial Park is this 17th century building. Now part of the HWM (Halma Water Management) site, the building was originally Ty Coch farmhouse. A date stone http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/2544783 shows 1613. The building was restored in 1980 to be part of the office site. Grade II listing was awarded in December 1980.
