A road without addresses, I think. There are no properties on this road to the left are entrances to a car dealership and the car park of the West Gate shopping centre to the right Sherman Drive leads to a housing estate.

But it isn't, so I'm not
This estate of small business units was built a couple of years ago. As it is on the commuter route into Nottingham from Long Eaton the slogan plays on the fact that any one on their way into the city centre, probably has about another half hour or more to go.
This sign has been there about a year, and most of the units now appear to be occupied.
