Spittlegate House, London Road, Grantham
Large Georgian house, 18th century, now converted to flats as supported housing for young people. (This explains the parade of bins outside!) The Listing refers to variousoriginal internal fittings, and it appears that these were largely retained during the conversion. Listed Grade II.

Former Salvation Army citadel, London Road
Approaching from the other direction, this was clearly originally a religious building, but it wasn't until I saw the detail on the foundation stones http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/5282769 that the penny dropped. It should have been obvious from the battlements! Now converted to offices. Built in 1900.
