Nottingham - NG11 (Wilford)
Glebe Cottages Row is situated at the point where St Wilfrid's Church Drive branches off Main Road. It seems that the original six cottages became unfit for habitation and were replaced on the instructions of the Rev. E. Davies because this of this being glebe land. The roofs of some of the cottages were destroyed by fire in 1876 and as a result the entire row was tiled as a substitute for being thatched.

A view of the car park shared by users of the parish church and the village hall. The entrance to the "New Vicarage" is via the open gate. The parish office is situated in the central section of the row of older buildings. It certainly looks as though there is plenty of space here for outdoor functions?

Nottingham - NG11 (Wilford Village)
The hump-backed footpath that links the top of the steps that lead up from the River Trent with the St Wilfrid's Church car park. Two overspill cemeteries have been created over time, a short distance away from the original graveyard and these are situated one on either side of this path.

New Housing, Wilford Village
Some of the new housing in the village, near to the church. This was taken on a very cold winter's morning, just as the sun broke through and started to raise some steam from the wooden fence.

The top of a flight of steps linking the edge of the River Trent with the path that leads towards St Wilfrid's Church car park. Beyond the stone wall is the larger of two overspill cemeteries.
