Former public library, Fore Street, N9
Formerly the Passmore Edwards Public Library, which is inscribed over the main front door. Over the door at the rear left is 'EUDC Lending Library 1931'. Passmore Edwards was a great public benefactor, principally of libraries and like in poorer areas. The building is now the Mevlana Rumi Mosque, with a mainly Turkish attendance.

Faith House, Fore Street
A Christian Revival Centre according to the sign on the wall. No more information available. An internet search throws up just one site, which uses the church's name and features a picture of the place, but is actually a hostile blog set up by someone obviously in dispute with whoever runs the church.

Salmon's Brook in Edmonton (1)
This is the downstream end of the culvert carrying Salmon's Brook that exits at Plevna Road. There are mosaics on the far wall. The Great Eastern Railway's Edmonton Branch, latterly the London & North Eastern Railway's Angel Road & Lower Edmonton Line, used to cross the brook here, but was dismantled in the mid-1960s.

Salmon's Brook
Salmons Brook rises on Enfield Chase and follows a largely artificial course through the suburbs to join the Lea at Edmonton. Nothing to do with fish, the name is thought to come from John Salemon, a 13th century landowner https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Salmons_Brook
