Milestone on Regents Park Road
Exit stage left for Barnet and stage right for Regents Park. The wall and railings were built behind the milestone as part of the Spencer Close development in the 1980's.

Finchley: Avenue House, East End Road, N3
This is the rear of the building described in Image, with the four storey tower and the splayed gable at the north corner of the 1884 stone built extension with the cartouche and motto "REGNANT QUI SERVANT both visible. Old Milepost by the A598, Regent's Park Road, Finchley
Cast iron post by the A598, in parish of Finchley (London Borough of Barnet), Regent's Park Road N3, Church End, outside Spencer Court (was No. 296), set in paving slabs on pavement, back onto brick pillar, on East side of road. Erected by the Marylebone to Finchley Road Turnpike Trust in the 19th century. Inscription reads:- : REGENT'S / PARK / 5 : : FINCHLEY / PARISH : : BARNET / 4¼ : : FINCHLEY / PARISH : Grade II listed.
