Fitness 24-7
Late evening and members are still pounding the treadmills at the Finchley branch of LA Fitness on East End Road. This building is also the home of Middlesex County Cricket Club's academy - hence the triple swords on the hoarding.

Finchley: East End Road meteorological station
This met station is at the point where the North Circular Road goes under East End Road. The dark stain on the steel pole is anti-climb paint. The about-to-crash helicopter is in fact an accidentally recorded house sparrow.
