The Central
A bar built into the ground floor of Central House. Although it stands on Nether Street its address is 5 Ballards Lane. It is a popular venue with young people, especially on friday and saturday nights.

Albert Place
A narrow sideroad behind Ballards Lane, looking towards Nether Street. It forms one of two exit routes from the Tesco car park on Popes Drive. The brick fronted office block is Unitec House.

Finchley: Central House, 1 Ballards Lane, N3
This modern office block near to Finchley Central Station now has multi-occupancy use. According to old Victorian Ordnance Survey maps the site used to be occupied by a public house. Ballards Lane is to the right, Nether Street to the left.

Central House and Shops
Central House provides serviced office accommodation just across the road from Finchley Central station. On a squally day, the sun is trying to break through highlighting the tinting on the windows. The road and pavement are still wet from recent heavy rain.
