Queens Parade
On the High Road, East Finchley, at the junction with Huntingdon Road. Fast food in abundance here with the Mandarin chinese restaurant sandwiched between KFC and Best Kebab.

Coming Through
A police vehicle squeezes between cars at speed on the High Road, East Finchley, at the junction with Kitchener Road. I was surprised to learn that this is a Diplomatic Protection Group vehicle.

Camden Terrace - East Finchley
A block of shops on the High road, East Finchley. The hoarding on the sidewall of the off licence carries faded words advertising the sale of groceries, wines, spirits and bottled beers and stating that they are agents for Meux's & Thorne's. Clearly, usage hasn't changed much in the past. The gaudy modern shop fronts clash with the sober brickwork. Leicester road forms the junction on the right.
