Coal Drops Yard
Part of the transformation of a large area of disused railway property into a mixed residential, shopping and leisure district. Old railway architecture has been extensively incorporated into the new plan.

Skip Garden, King's Cross development site
This community food garden is planted in skips and containers, mainly built by recycling building materials from the development site. The garden is moved to new vacant areas as development proceeds. It was part of Open Garden Squares Weekend.

Student Tower, King's Cross
This large landmark building by Mansell Construction. Was designed by award-winning Glenn Howells Architects, it will deliver 657 student bedrooms over 27 storeys within a stone-clad structure.
It is part of the King's Cross development which includes Central Saint Martin’s College of Art and Design, (part of the University of Arts London).
