This large landmark building by Mansell Construction. Was designed by award-winning Glenn Howells Architects, it will deliver 657 student bedrooms over 27 storeys within a stone-clad structure. It is part of the King's Cross development which includes Central Saint Martin’s College of Art and Design, (part of the University of Arts London).
