Grodzinski's bakery on Clapton Common
This is one of the oldest and best established groups of Jewish bakeries in North London. Kossoff's was based nearby but declined and is now down to a single branch in Kentish Town owned by the founder's son.

Stamford Hill : former New Synagogue
Grade II listed built in 1914-1915 to designs by architects E M Joseph and partner Smithem, the interior copying the apse and galleries of John Davies's New Synagogue, Bishopsgate, of 1838 and incorporating some original fittings from the earlier building. In 1987, the synagogue building was sold to the Bobov Chasidic Community (and is used as Chasidey Bobov D'Ohel Naphtali and Yeshiva Bnei Zion Beth Hemedrash).

Clapton Common near Stamford Hill
This is a busy junction. As well as the usual shops here, others cater for the Orthodox Jewish population locally, by selling Kosher foods and various devices and products to assist with Sabbath keeping.
