Disused locomotive at Brett Aggregates
The major shunting is done by main line locomotives now. I suspect if the odd wagon does need moving they use a road vehicle - they have some pretty hefty ones here.
This is believed to be ex-Nederlandse Spoorwegen (Dutch Railways) 331, an early 1950s production of Werkspoor NV, works number 868. A remarkable choice with so many ex-BR locomotives available. Its possible advantages are air brakes and ability to drive it from outside the cab.
