The Old Court House - Encombe Place
The County Court and the old Magistrates' building, on the west side of Encombe Place, dates from 1860-65. It has now been converted into apartments.
The Court House, together with its attached gates and railings, is a Grade II listed building (Historic England List Entry Number: 1386186 https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1386186 ).

St John's Square, The Pyramid
This sculpture by Janet Fitzsimons takes the form of a 3½ metre solid polished concrete pyramid resting on four spheres and a square plinth rising from an octagonal base of two steps. It carries the date 1992.
It was designed and installed at St John’s Square as part of a facelift to the area behind St John’s Cathedral, a project that included the creation of public gardens and a paved square.
