Denton Liberal Club
Decorated for the Queen's Diamond Jubilee. Denton Liberal Club on the corner of Bowden Street, like the nearby Conservative club Image, is an early example of the use of Accrington Nori bricks, renowned for their quality, hardness, strength and durability. It was built in 1894 at a cost of nearly £3,000, the architect being Joseph Lindley of Hyde. The walls are relieved by stone dressings and the windows have stone cills.

Denton Liberal Club
On the opposite corner of Bowden Street and Manchestert Road to what is now the Halifax is Denton Liberal. It is an early example of the use of Accrington Nori bricks, renowned for their quality, hardness, strength and durability. It was built in 1894 at a cost of nearly £3,000, the architect being Joseph Lindley of Hyde. The walls are relieved by stone dressings and the windows have stone cills. Part of the ground floor is now occupied by the estate agents "Your Move". There is currently a Christmas tree Image displayed on the first floor balcony.

Manchester Road
The A57 has been closed temporarily to allow the Denton Carnival parade to pass by. On the left is the Liberal Club, an early example of the use of Accrington Nori bricks, renowned for their quality, hardness, strength and durability. It was built in 1894 at a cost of nearly £3,000, the architect being Joseph Lindley of Hyde. The walls are relieved by stone dressings and the windows have stone cills. Part of the ground floor is now occupied by the estate agents "Your Move". On the right is the florists Buttercups and Daises. The ground floor premises in between were, until recently, home to estates agents Reeds Rains but this branch has now closed.

Today it is flying the England flag for St George's Day. The ground floor is occupied by businesses. On the left is the estate agent's "Your Move". The units on the right were home to estates agents Reeds Rains until 2019. Having been empty for over two years it is now occupied by Sila Delicias.
