Denton Liberal Club on the corner of Bowden Street is an early example of the use of Accrington Nori bricks, renowned for their quality, hardness, strength and durability. It was built in 1894 at a cost of nearly £3,000, the architect being Joseph Lindley of Hyde. The walls are relieved by stone dressings and the windows have stone cills. Today it is flying the England flag for St George's Day. The ground floor is occupied by businesses. On the left is the estate agent's "Your Move". The units on the right were home to estates agents Reeds Rains until 2019. Having been empty for over two years it is now occupied by Sila Delicias.
