Trafford Park Hotel
The Grade II listed https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1067871 Trafford Park Hotel opened in 1902 and closed in 2009. At the time it was owned by Enterprise Inns. It was used for a while as a squat and was sold in 2017 to Ashley Hotels. Their plans to turn it into a boutique hotel have since fallen by the wayside.

The Trafford Park Hotel was built in 1902, on the corner of Third Avenue and Ashburton Road. This fine Grade II listed building (Historic England List Entry Number:1067871 https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1067871) has been closed (and empty) since 2009.
