The Trafford Park Hotel was built in 1902, on the corner of Third Avenue and Ashburton Road. This fine Grade II listed building (English Heritage Building ID: 212965 http://www.britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/en-212965-trafford-park-hotel- British Listed Buildings) has been closed (and empty) since 2009.
