The Trafford Park Hotel was built in 1902, on the corner of Third Avenue and Ashburton Road. This fine Grade II listed building (Historic England List Entry Number:1067871 https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1067871) has been closed (and empty) since 2009.
