Alliance Buildings, Whingate, Armley
The name appears in the gable of the building. Above the door to the right it says "James Rigg, Coal Merchant". Presumably the yard to the right was his coal yard, coal being delivered via the sidings at nearby Armley Moor station. It is now occupied by Masterclass Renovations.
