Former Temperance Hall/Mechanics Institute, Wesley Road
There was an OS benchmark on the road end of the party wall between the hall and the Methodist Church (at the left edge of the image). The wall and church were rebuilt and apparently a mark resembling the OS mark Image was cut on the wall to the right of the end of the party wall.

Armley Branch Library, Leeds
City of Leeds Public Free Library, Armley Branch, on the corner of Wesley Road and Stocks Hill, Armley. The library building designed by Percy Robinson was built in 1901 and opened in April 1902.

Armley library
The building, with its ornate balustraded entrance steps, and a public clock with an unusual lozenge shaped backing, dates from 1901 and is grade 2 listed (list entry number 1255974). The current, more accessible entrance is further along the street.
