Introduction

The photograph on this page of Armley library by Stephen Craven as part of the Geograph project.

The building, with its ornate balustraded entrance steps, and a public clock with an unusual lozenge shaped backing, dates from 1901 and is grade 2 listed (list entry number 1255974). The current, more accessible entrance is further along the street.
