Vicky's plaque, Crown Point Bridge
One of several blue plaques placed around the city by the homelessness charity Simon On The Streets, to spread the message that homeless people are real people with real lives. This one commemorates 'Vicky'who died in 2007, described as a 'gifted poet'. it is under Crown Point Bridge, where she presumably slept, see Image for context.
