Field with footpath, Kirby Bellars
Looking towards Main Street. There are earthworks in the field which probably represent remains of the medieval village, once significantly larger than the present village.

Notice on Main Street railway bridge
One wonders whether this is the wrong sign on the bridge as it is on Main Street Kirby Bellars and about 40 miles from Fletton which is in Peterborough. Enquiries in progress!

Fletton Bridge, Kirby Bellars
The name is as shown on the official sign on the bridge, although the origin of the name is not obvious. Fletton is near Peterborough and noted for its bricks, but even this bridge is not built from traditional flettons which are yellowish in colour. The bridge has been recently rebuilt with a concrete centre span in place of the original brick.
