Old Milestone by the A592, Newby Bridge
Carved stone post by the A592, in parish of STAVELEY IN CARTMEL (SOUTH LAKELAND District), East of Newby Bridge, in hedgerow opposite junction of lane to Staveley and church; on North side of road. Kendal number stone, erected by the Kirkby Kendal & Kirkby Ireleth turnpike trust in the 18th century.
