Carved stone post by the A592, in parish of STAVELEY IN CARTMEL (SOUTH LAKELAND District), East of Newby Bridge, in hedgerow opposite junction of lane to Staveley and church; on North side of road. Kendal number stone, erected by the Kirkby Kendal & Kirkby Ireleth turnpike trust in the 18th century. Inscription reads:- K 11 Grade II listed.
