Nos 8 - 10, West Shore, St Monans
This 3-storey building will probably date to the 18th century, along with many of the cottages and houses in St Monans, but was much rebuilt in the late 1960s; it was Category C listed https://britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/200387060-8-10-west-shore-east-neuk-and-landward-ward#.W274ndQrLGg in 1972. The right hand part was, until very recently, the village Post Office, but is now available as a holiday let.

'The Dolphin' 4, West Shore, St Monans
The name 'The Dolphin' suggests a former inn (sailors and fishermen traditionally have good thirsts, so it's entirely possible) but no 4 is now a Category B listed https://britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/200387057-the-dolphin-4-west-shore-including-block-of-garages-at-rear-east-neuk-and-landward-ward#.W2786NQrLGg private house. It dates from the 18th century, and was restored in the mid 1960s.

'The Anchorage' 7, West Shore, St Monans
A rather splendid early 19th century town house (possibly former inn, as there are beer cellars to the rear) which was Category B listed https://britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/200387059-5-7-west-shore-east-neuk-and-landward-ward#.W276ytQrLGg in 1972, having been sensitively restored a couple of years prior to that.

St Monans coat of arms
The plaque is on the wall of 6 West Shore, St Monans. The arms were granted to St Monans in 1962, and the building was restored in 1970, so may date from then. The Latin motto "Mare vivimus" means "From the sea we have life" [https://www.heraldry-wiki.com/heraldrywiki/index.php?title=St._Monance].
