The name 'The Dolphin' suggests a former inn (sailors and fishermen traditionally have good thirsts, so it's entirely possible) but no 4 is now a Category B listed https://britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/200387057-the-dolphin-4-west-shore-including-block-of-garages-at-rear-east-neuk-and-landward-ward#.W2786NQrLGg private house. It dates from the 18th century, and was restored in the mid 1960s.
