Old 1930s style lamp-post in a front garden on Cameron Road
This beautiful 1930s style lamp-post can be found in the front garden of the corner house at the junction of Cameron Road and Elgin Road. I have posted on to a streetlight enthusiast's website to try to get it identified! View taken from Cameron Road, near the bottom edge of the square, looking south-east in the direction of Seven Kings Station.

Blue Sapphire Hotel, High Road, Seven Kings
I stayed here for a few nights, the cheapest reasonable accommodation I could find in London after a previous hotel booking was cancelled by the hotel chain. I would describe it as a 'B&B' rather than a hotel.
Note the road sign that denotes 'Pedestrians in road ahead', not often seen in an urban setting. This probably relates to the fact that the railway station is just across the road.

Seven Kings: the post office
The post office is on the parade of shops on the main road, just outside the railway station. However, large scale maps show it as being around the bend behind us, so maybe it has moved here in relatively recent years.

Seven Kings: postbox № IG3 44, Cameron Road
A large, Elizabeth II-reign postbox faces Image and is emptied finally at 5:30pm on weekdays and at 12:45pm on Saturdays. An electronics box, perhaps for the nearby traffic lights, is alongside.
