I stayed here for a few nights, the cheapest reasonable accommodation I could find in London after a previous hotel booking was cancelled by the hotel chain. I would describe it as a 'B&B' rather than a hotel. Note the road sign that denotes 'Pedestrians in road ahead', not often seen in an urban setting. This probably relates to the fact that the railway station is just across the road.
