Ripple Road, Barking ? 1978 (3)
This part of London was one of the last strongholds of the classic RT bus type, based at Barking Garage, with RT2150 seen on its way to Barking Garage. At this location Ripple Road is not greatly changed in the early 21st century although the houses on the left have been replaced by modern apartments. This is one of a series of views featuring buses in the 60s, 70s, and 80s. http://www.geograph.org.uk/search.php?i=137652763
