St Augustine's Villas, comprising a terrace of six dwellings on the north, and seven on the south. Prince's Road was laid out in 1864; its name is believed to refer to Prince Albert, who had died in 1861.

At the junction with St Augustine's Avenue, Nos.11 & 13 Prince's Road, built by 1892, when they were numbered Nos.13 & 15 respectively. No.13 (left) appears to have retained its original features, whereas No.11 has been almost entirely modernised. St Augustine's Parish Hall, 1902, by John M. Dossor, built to serve St Augustine of Hippo Anglican church, Queen's Road, demolished 1976. Planning Application to convert disused hall into 8 flats approved 13 November 2006.
