At the junction with St Augustine's Avenue, Nos.11 & 13 Prince's Road, built by 1892, when they were numbered Nos.13 & 15 respectively. No.13 (left) appears to have retained its original features, whereas No.11 has been almost entirely modernised. St Augustine's Parish Hall, 1902, by John M. Dossor, built to serve St Augustine of Hippo Anglican church, Queen's Road, demolished 1976. Planning Application to convert disused hall into 8 flats approved 13 November 2006.
