Most recently a student residence of the University of Hull until around 2004. The rest of the site has been cleared for building houses, which the sign advertises. The derelict original hall built as 'The Bungalow' remains but its final fate remains to be seen as at February 2012. Photographed from the junction of The Paddock and Thwaite Street.
