Home Farmhouse, Nether Winchendon, Buckinghamshire
Circa 1700. Timber framed with rendered and colourwashed panels. Old tile roofs. 4 bays and 2 storeys plus dormers. Four panel door with 2 paned rectangular fanlight over in second bay from left. 2-light leaded casements. Four 2-light hipped dormers. Left hand stack with offsets. Stack between right hand bays. Only the structural timbers are exposed, the studwork remaining concealed when the former roughcast render was removed, c1970. Range of outbuildings fronts lane in rendered witchert with slate roof.

The Old Parsonage, Nether Winchendon, Buckinghamshire
Early C17, altered 1676, with rear wing dated 1807. Timber-framed with brick infill some in herringbone and some in chevron pattern. Left bays ground floor and left gable ground floor colourwashed and rendered, partly over witchert. 2 rear wings in brick. Old tile roofs, half hipped to left, hipped to north east wing. 3 bays and 2 storeys plus attic. 6-panel door between right hand bays in front of stack forming lobby entry type plan. 3-light casements. Central 3-light gabled dormer with date plaque 'I.M. 1676' which dates alteration and formation of attic rooms. Modern 2-light casement to first floor room in front of stack. Rear wings have casements, north east range has inscribed brick 'M.C.1807'. Compound stack with pilaster strips and corbelled cap between right hand bays. Interior. Moulded spine beam to right hand ground floor room. Inglenook fireplaces. Attics have large curved principals trusses dating from 1676 alterations.

Nether Winchendon: Church of St Nicholas
The church is Grade I Listed, dating originally from the 13th Century but mostly rebuilt in the 14th.
The post box is a Grade II Listed structure and is described on the English Heritage website thus:-
"Stone pier, 1920s, by Philip Tilden. Rubblestone with concrete. Circular pier on wider base with swept ball-finialled top. Set into the pier a mid-late Cl9 wall letter-box made by Smith & Hawkes, Birmingham with embossed crown flanked by letters 'V R'. The pier is set in the village green at the centre of an important group."
