High Wycombe: 80
Well, it says so on the map! (The 80 is actually a spot height value in metres above sea level on the parallel Hughenden Road). In fact this is the northern end of Coningsby Road. The hot snacks trailer seems a trifle incongruous.

The Hughenden Stream is Dry
The Hughenden Stream, a tributary of the River Wye, is an intermittent chalk stream which only flows when groundwater levels in the surrounding Chiltern Hills are high enough.
2017 has been a relatively dry year and the aquifer hasn't recharged enough to maintain a flow. In other years this channel can be full and overflowing.
