Former teacher's houses, Stocks Walk, Almondbury
The Almondbury National School was founded in 1819, and was moved to a building on the site of the church school in 1846. The building in this photograph was converted from two cottages with a loomshop over to two houses for teachers. Here is a photograph of the plaque:
