Modern church doorway, Old Wakefield Road, Moldgreen, Dalton (Huddersfield)
This is the doorway to the United Reformed Church, dated 1989 on the rooftop turret. It seems that columns from the previous building were re-used.

Former co-op, Old Wakefield Road, Moldgreen, Dalton (Huddersfield)
In the little gable at the top is inscribed “No. 2 Branch Huddersfield Industrial Society” (the old name for the Co-operative Society). No. 1 branch was in Lindley, and the two opened in December 1860, soon after the central store opened in Buxton Road.
