The building has a nice row of arched windows and door, with key-stones.

New Road, Kirkheaton
The name suggests that this road was set out by an enclosure award. It soon attracted ribbon development, including characteristic short rows of terrace houses built at right-angles to the road. The plain building in the right foreground is a United Reformed Church.
