Skipping Katie
This bronze statue at the eastern end of St Ann's Road and has recently been reinstalled after refurbishment. It is by James Butler MBE and was originally unveiled in 1987 to celebrate the street's pedestrianisation. It depicts the sculptor's own daughter.

Skipping Katie statue, Harrow

Inscription on the Statue of Katie (1)
This inscription is on the north side of the Statue of Katie which is located at the east end of St Ann's Road near Station Road. It has the following wording: KATIE by JAMES BUTLER R.A. Unveiled by The Mayor of Harrow Councillor Miss Christine Bednell and The Maire de Douai Monsieur Jacques Vernier on the 2nd May 1987 Incidentally, Douai is a city in northern France which Harrow is twinned with, hence the joint unveiling of this statue.

This inscription on the south side of the statue of Katie at the east end of St Ann's Road. It has the following wording: This plaque was unveiled on 1 April 2004 by Her Majesty The Queen accompanied by His Royal Highness the Duke of Edinburgh in celebration of Harrow's 50 years as a Borough
