Dudbridge Locks - microhydropower scheme
This is on the Stroudwater Canal and the lock chamber is being restored to the right. Because the canal is a bulk conveyor of water from several streams, it is possible to use a small water turbine to generate electricity for the canal trust to sell at a profit. The turbine is below this cover and was generating.
