Brighton Street
A large area of 20th century houses has been demolished here and the tower blocks (there are three in all) are in the process of being demolished.

Brighton Street
The area is undergoing regeneration with new houses being built on the site of 20th century residential buildings. The strip of grass, not far from Ibrox Stadium, was cleared more recently than land to the north of Brighton Street according to maps (buildings still shown on the 1:25,000 map). The tenements in the background are older than the buildings that stood in the cleared area and are in good repair.

Toilets, Brighton Street
It looks as if the houses have been removed leaving just the bogs behind. The area has recently been cleared of buildings prior to regeneration and the big empty space has attracted the fly tippers. Looks like business waste as usual.
