Road passing 'last' car parking in Glen Lochay
The car park has been installed presumably by the owning estate as it wants mountain walkers to drive no further. Significantly perhaps is that the green notice says "No parking beyond this point please' - a request, not an instruction!
Also significantly the road beyond this point is coloured yellow on the online version of OS Maps suggesting surely that the road beyond remains as a public one where parking should still be possible.

Mountain slopes rising from road at cattle grid
The grassy slope rises to a 799 metre, south-eastern top of the Munro, Beinn Sheasgarnaich.
The area here is rather confused as to how far the public can motor over the road surface in Glen Lochay. OS mapping as displayed currently on the Geograph website has several versions of 'yellow' public roads at different scales and even at one scale; that uncertainty continues with the status of the road crossing to upper Glen Lyon!
Inevitably, notices displayed by the local estate give a different and more restrictive view on where the public can drive and park.

Car park, Glen Lochay
Some of the once ample car parking at the end of the public road in Glen Lochay. Trouble is, it is too near the hills and folk will insist on climbing them. A few boulders fixed that problem in the traditional Perthshire way. A smaller parking place has been provided, some distance down the glen. You can beat the blighters by taking a bike with you.
Glen Lochay is the best approach for Sgiath Chùil, Meall Ghlas and Beinn nan Imirean.
