Brookmans Park Folly Arch, Hertfordshire

Old derestricted sign on Swanley Bar Lane
As far as I know this is pre-Worboys (the sign is above the rust) although derestricted were the ones which changed so little it's very difficult to be certain. The 30 on the other side is new.
