I joined Hertfordshire Constabulary in October 2021 and currently work as a PCSO covering Hollybush and Howlands, Welwyn Garden City.
I am the Alcohol Licensing Officer for Welwyn and Hatfield, I work as part of the Community Safety Unit, working in partnership with WelHat Council to ensure Licenced Premises uphold the Licensing Objectives and to provide support and information to those premises.

Hate Crime Officer covering Welwyn Hatfield and Hertsmere as part of the Community Safety Unit. I joined Hertfordshire police in 1997 and have enjoyed a variety of roles across the county including Intervention, Student Officer Trainer, ANPR (automatic number plate recognition) Team, Roads Policing, Safer Neighbourhood Team and now feel privileged to be supporting victims and raising awareness of Hate Crime and spending time engaging with our harder to reach communities.
I joined the Welwyn Hatfield neighbourhood team as a PCSO in 2018. I initially worked in Hatfield Town Centre before transferring to the dedicated University Police Team in 2019 helping to keep the University a safe place to study.
I joined Herts Police in January 2010. In this time I have worked as Police Community Support Officer in many different areas of Welwyn and Hatfield including Hatfield Town Centre, Garden Villages and Hertfordshire University. I now cover Hatfield South alongside PCSO Griffin.
I work as part of the Community Safety Unit as the ASB officer for Welwyn and Hatfield.
I have undertaken this role for 2 and a half years, and previous to that, I worked with the admin of justice.
My role consists of me working in close partnership with Welwyn/Hatfield borough council relating to all ASB, and youth issues.
